Yesterday I tried to apply online for last grade exam , but every time Browser shows the message " Server too busy " after trying several times I submitted the application.
Lesson 1 : Do not wait for the last moment for applying psc application online.
Fact : This happens due to exceeding the bandwidth of the server machine ( Bandwidth : The capacity of server to serve maximum number of clients ) .
