Kerala PSC has decided to change qualification for Secretariat Assistant. So there is no Mark restrictions for Degree examination and there is no need of DCA(Diploma in computer Application). So all candidate with mere graduation can apply for the post. The notification will be issued on July 31st 2012. There will be only one examination and expected date is January 2013.
