1. Banc assurance module: (100 % sales profile but not door to door sale)
a. Candidate would be responsible for handling branches of ICICI bank
b. Handling walk-in customers of the bank
i. Asking or identifying their investment needs and providing solution with a suitable investment plan
ii. Generating leads from the bank staff and branch manager by maintaining good relation with them
c. Visiting customer for a presentation based on appointments checking for investment needs and then recommending and selling ICICI Prudential’s Life Insurance product and convincing them for an investment
d. Achieving monthly goal sheet.
2. Direct marketing:100 % sales profile but not door to door sale)
- Candidates would be responsible to work on leads provided by the company (some percentage of the leads would be provided)
- Generating business from the leads & from the references.
- Organizing various activities & events for generating leads.
- Taking prior appointment from the clients & visiting them for a presentation.
- Understanding customer financial needs, planning investment needs and then recommending and selling ICICI Prudential’s Life Insurance products
- Achieving monthly goal sheet.
Qualification : Graduate and Post Graduate.
Experience and freshers will also do.
Age: not more than 31 yrs.
