SPARK-Service and Payroll Administrative Repository for Kerala is an Integrated Personnel, Payroll and Accounts information system which is Web based application implemented for all the Employees in the State of Kerala. The system has been developed with a view to cater to the Administration, Payroll and other Accounts activities of Government Establishments.
