A computer starts with POST ( Power On Self Test ) , Program inside the ROM that perform Self Diagnosis of computer peripherals.
CPU : Central Processing Unit
The processing element inside the computer that does the data processing.
BOOTING : Booting is the process of loading operating system from secondary memory to main memory of a computer.
Operating system provides the user interface.
