National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) : Vacancies

NCERT, which is an an apex organisation of Min. of HRD for Educational Research, Teacher Training and Development of Curriculum and Training material in school education, invites applications for various academic positions for its constituents all over India. :

  1. Professor : 20 posts (UR-10, SC-02, ST-01, OBC-07) in various subjects, Pay Scale : Rs. 37400 - 67000 with AGP 10000
  2. Associate Professor : 39 posts (UR-20, SC-4, ST-2, OBC-13) in various subjects, Pay Scale : Rs. 37400 - 67000 with AGP 9000
  3. Assistant Professor : 81 posts (UR -31, SC-10, ST-7, OBC-33 ) in various subjects, Pay Scale : Rs. 15600 - 39100 with AGP  6000
  4. Librarian : 01 post,  Pay Scale : Rs. 37400 - 67000 with AGP 10000
  5. Nursery School Teacher : 02 posts, Pay Scale :  Rs.9300 - Rs.34800 with GP Rs.4200
  6. Headmaster (on deputation) : 01 post, Pay Scale :  Rs.15600 – Rs. 39100 with GP Rs. 7600
  7. Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) : 10 posts (4 UR, 1 SC, 5 OBC), Pay Scale : Rs. 9300 – Rs. 34800 with GP Rs.4800
How to Apply : The application in the prescribed format with recent photogrph, attested copies of certificates including and prescribed fee of Rs. 500/- (Rs. 250/- for OBC/SC/ST/PWD/ Women and NCERT employee) through Bank DD in favour of Secretary, NCERT payable New Delhi should be submitted on or before 14/11/2012  to the Section Officer, Recruitment-I Section, Room No. 13, 5th Floor, ZH Block, NCERT, Sri Aurobindo Marg, New Delhi-110016
